Kerry is a Certified Professional Behavior Analyst and Certified Forensic Interviewer with post-graduate studies in psychometrics. She has consulted and given keynotes for clients around the world, including the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Shell Oil, Houston Texans, Trinity Health and many others. Kerry is the author of The Non-Obvious Guide to Emotional Intelligence and her insights have been featured in Harvard Business Review, TEDx, Fast Company, Inc., Entrepreneur, and elsewhere. Her new book, The Non-Obvious Guide to Emotional Intelligence, was selected as a best book by Forbes.

Michael leads innovation and research for Aperio. He works at the intersection of neuroscience research and leadership development, translating the latest insights into tools for leaders. He holds a degree in biochemistry and an MBA from the University of Missouri-Columbia and contributes as an affiliate faculty with the Novak Leadership Institute at the University of Missouri. BRYCE MURRAY, PHD
director of technology and data science
Bryce Murray, PhD, is Director of Technology and Data Science at Aperio Consulting Group, where he builds algorithms to operationalize emerging technology and scale people analytics. His work on eXplainable AI data fusion has been published in IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics in Computational Intelligence and elsewhere. Bryce’s areas of expertise include data fusion, deep learning, machine learning, and fuzzy logic. He earned his PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Missouri.

Kasey brings a wealth of experience in operational growth and knowledge of scalability to Aperio. While working for a company that saw 400% + year-over-year growth, her responsibilities ranged from administration to marketing and from operations to Human Resources manager. At Aperio, Kasey focuses on operations, processes, and paves the way for innovation. Having seen the difference that EQ can bring to culture, communication, and effectiveness, she is committed to creating emotionally intelligent workplaces.
Allison draws on her strengths of creativity, strategic thinking, and clarity to produce thoughtful and effective communication on behalf of Aperio. She has spent the last decade working in writing, communication, and education. Her experience includes teaching at the university level around the country, serving in leadership roles at successful nonprofits, and authoring a book of creative nonfiction, Maps Are Lines We Draw: A Road Trip through Haiti. She lives in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Since 2014, Samantha has worked to support clients, build scalable systems, and empower Aperio's team to deliver results that align with the firm's high standards. She brings a background in business administration and marketing to her role. Samantha cares deeply about delivering the best to Aperio's clients.
Phil has 28 years of facilitation experience consulting for hundreds of organizations including University of Missouri Healthcare, Missouri Employers Mutual Insurance, 3M, Nestle Purina, General Mills, and Alltel. He holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Phil is also a graduate of the U.S. Army Officer and Airborne Schools, an Organizational Development Consultant, StrengthsFinder Coach, and deBono Thinking System Master Trainer.
JANINE STICHTER, PHD
Janine has over 20 years of experience designing and supporting goal-oriented systematic behavior change for individuals and organizations. Her work has been published in over 60 peer-reviewed articles, books, and chapters. She consults nationally and has provided over 90 national presentations on her work and research. Janine has served as Associate Director for two separate Interdisciplinary Centers and has developed and directed several intervention clinics.
Stacy Bryant-Wimp is a serial entrepreneur and builder of people. Most recently, she co-founded and developed Accurate Rx Pharmacy, a home infusion company that was twice ranked on the Inc 5000 list for the fastest growing, privately held companies. At Accurate Rx, Stacy navigated 400%+ year-over-year growth. After only eight years, the business was acquired by a publicly traded company.
In addition to launching businesses, Stacy has lead multiple teams across the health care sector, including in nursing, pharmacy, compliance, quality, and accreditation. In 2014, Stacy was recognized as Business Woman of the Year by the Columbia Daily Tribune.
Arpita enjoys the ability to explore, understand, and enhance the interaction between people and process. She thrives on developing ways to improve team morale and reduce toxicity, while improving efficiency and delivery for business. She holds two MBA degrees with emphases in Marketing and Management Information Systems. Her second MBA degree was awarded by the University of Missouri-Columbia and she has continued to stay actively engaged with her alma mater.
MARCUS J. BROOKS
Marcus J. Brooks hails from New York and earned his bachelor's degree and MBA from Columbia University. He combines his knowledge of leadership training, organizational development, entrepreneurship, strategy, and finance with a deep passion for human development through the great outdoors and experiential learning. Marcus is experienced in public relations and brings expertise in advanced negotiations, crisis management strategy, and inclusion, diversity, and equity.
Sharon is the founder of three education and training organizations. She equips individuals and teams with the EQ and leadership skills they need in order to create strong, welcoming corporate cultures. Sharon also enjoys connecting job satisfaction to both the the development of interpersonal relationships and goal completion. Sharon is a graduate of the University of Texas-Austin and resides in Austin, Texas.

For more than 30 years, Chuck has focused his career on people development. He is the co-founder of the Balfour Motivational Research Institute and author of Profit Through Your People. Chuck's methodology is being taught at Westminster University in the UK, Florida State University, and Harvard University.
Don is a former White House correspondent, award winning journalist, and former science advisor to Congress and the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services. Don leads the engagement research team and shares a grounded, empirically-validated methodology with clients. Don lectures on employee engagement throughout North America and Europe, helping thousands of CEO’s understand the key drivers of exceptional workplace behavior.
